BIDV Metlife is a new player in the insurance landscape of Vietnam. MetLife resources are not as big as Prudential or Manulife, therefore they need to innovate in the way to communicate and attract Millennial generation.

Insight

Millennials has a much bigger self awareness than the previous generation in Vietnam. Fitness industry have a huge growth and there is a niche that we can attack. Aside that by doing sport we feel better and healthier, which lead us to have a more active lifestyle.
Solution
BIDV build the ultimate CRM system, a new tool that integrates real-time data to keep track of your daily activity and access to awesome rewards and tips to keep up new healthy habits.
