Mon Hue is the largest food chain in Vietnam with over 180 restaurants, it’s popular among Vietnamese population and a go-to place for expats who wants to enjoy Vietnamese Cuisine

Challenge

In Vietnam F&B delivery is doubling digits year by year. We’ve realized that Mon Hue doesn’t have a proper digital set up and eCommerce, they were taking orders online and jotted down in an excel file to later communicate to the delivery guys. The worst, no historical data.

Solution
​

We’ve came up with a new complete set up, Omnichannel where they could receive orders from Facebook, Zalo or Web to the same database and enhance the retention of the users. And, not less important, complete re-branding and communication approach.
